Recently, Sansan users have contacted us with reports of scam phone calls and emails pretending to be Sansan employees and asking for login passwords.
Note that our employees will never ask customers for their login passwords.
Please take special care to not disclose your login information if you receive any contacts such as these.

Please note that December 27 (Fri.) is the Sansan Support Center’s last business day for 2024. We will reopen on January 6, 2025 (Mon.).
